We (http://www.vdahosting.com/) are looking for energetic, highly motivated and detail oriented individuals to join their Corporate Sales team selling hosting solutions and additional services.

As a Corporate Sales Account Manager, you must be able to prospect, qualify, generate interest, create and open new deals. You must have demonstrated ability in building, managing and expanding client relationships through value, solutions and consultative selling.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales process (from Prospecting to Closing Sales).
  • Generating and qualifying leads.
  • Providing web-based interactive demos.
  • Consistently meet individual sales quota (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly).

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and persuasive skills.
  • Strong Sales and Account Management experience.
  • Passionate, self motivated individuals with a strong work ethics.
  • Ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Outbound calling and telesales a+.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develops strategy, approach and relationship plan for target clients. 
  • Develops relationships with the potential buyers through personal meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social gatherings. 
  • Generates client awareness and preference for company and/or its services. May include presenting in business forums, etc. 
  • Identifies sales opportunities within targets and/or clients. 
  • Recommends which opportunities Bayshore Solutions should pursue. 
  •  Supports/participates in any proposal development and/or oral proposal activities and review written proposals. 
     

Compensation & Benefits:

  • BASE SALARY: 100% commission
  • 100% OF QUOTA: €60,000 to €150,000
