As a reminder, the .TN Sunrise period 1 launch is ending on 30 June 2009. Should you have an existing COM.TN domain, now is the time to apply for the matching .TN domain name. The Sunrise periods are detailed below:

A1. Sunrise Period 1 [1 April 2009 - 30 June 2009]
The Registrant must own the matching active COM.TN domain in order to qualify for the registration of the .TN domain. It is not possible to register a .TN domain without having a 3rd level .TN domain already registered. If the Registrant does not currently own a matching COM.TN domain, they may obtain one during the Sunrise period and then submit for the 2nd level.

A3. Sunrise Period 3 [1 October - 31 December 2009]
For holders of registered Trademarks with documents proving ownership of Trademark. Only a Tunisian trademark (http://www.innorpi.tn ) or an international trademark registered with WIPO (http://wipo.int) are accepted. More information about this period will be updated as it comes from the Registry.
